History
The Grand Prix was purchased in 2002 w/approx 150,000 kms. It was then daily driven until 2004, when the Caddy 500 swap was started. The swap was finished in 2006, and the car was driven intermittently until 2007. From 2007 to recently, the car was in storage with a broken driveshaft. The last month I have repaired the driveline and tuned the car, now it is used regularly.
Body
The paint colour is Black, it appears to be an older repaint. The body is solid however the paint is fading and it would need a repaint to be showable. Most of the original chrome and trim is intact, the bumperettes were removed front and rear for a sleeker appearance. The only rust on the body is on the bottom of the doors. The driver’s side door would need replacement (rusted behind trim) but the pass. side may be surface only. There are no dents, the body panels fit nicely and are straight and solid. The hood has a 2″ fiberglass cowl grafted on, some finish work to smooth it out should be done before paint.
Below is a list of key points, I have the original receipts for all work.
