When Family Comes…Part Deux
…So we wake up 1200kms from home. Sleeping in a hotel, that used to be a military base. Now a very luxurious military base… Oh and it is still an active lighthouse as well. During the pioneer days, Punta Delgada was the meeting point for all the souls on peninsula valdés.
This is mostly because this was also where the post office was. And now, a good 100+ years after the settlement, we are kicking back in rustic luxury, sampling wines and reminiscing on what we’ve seen over the last few days.
