Trip Reports, Parts and a Wedding!

So, busy as always.

Trip Reports:

img_7121.jpgRecently, we have been doing tons of travelling/camping. We had a blast camping up in Tranquille, north of Kamloops a few weeks ago. The best part of living out here are all the free campgrounds. It’s starting to get busy now that the weather is nice, but there are always those campgrounds at the end of the muddy trails where no RV can go…crw_7084.jpg

On the way home from the wedding, we took a detour along the Adams lake FSR from Vavenby to Squilax. The rivers are wayyy high right now and it was great to see the Thompson high and mighty.

Grab the track here.

Parts:

On order:

  • ARB Fridge for the back.
  • Sigma 30mm f1.4 lens.

In the Truck:

  • Shelving unit, made from 3/4″ plywood, upholstered and trimmed.
  • 36″ drawers, made from 1/2″ plywood, full extension slides.
  • LRA 150L subtank + transfer pump, for a total of 245L of Diesel.
  • 350W AC inverter, for powering the laptop and charging batteries.
  • Air Compressor, for blowing up the tires. duh.
  • 2 extra 12V outlets for the shelves, one for the fridge and one for the inverter/compressor.

This will likely be more interesting when I get pictures of the stuff.

Wedding:

Two great friends Amanda and Chris were married in Jasper on the weekend. I hope you guys are having a great time in Mexico and everyone that was at the wedding had a blast!
